Location and Description: This lovely renovated Country house reopened as a charming Land Pension in the typical istrian style is located on the east coast of the istrian Peninsula, between Rabac und Labin.
Directly on a set on a hill - close to Ripenda - with a stunning view:
On the one side it is overlookig to Oldtown Labin, on the other side the view glances over to the impressing mountains of the national parc Učka and viewing into the fascinating landscape of Istria.
In the middle of a 20.000 sqm Nature Areal, which belongs all exclusively to the house, you can experience the tranquility of this region, still only set 2km from the deepblue adriatic sea and the touristic center of Rabac.
The family run business is offering to its guests an unforgettable ambience and is spoiling them in their rustical restaurant with typical specialties, also on the spacious terrace in front of the house. A nice equipped sunbathing area with layers and umbrellas invites for pure relaxing.
With the near to the busy Port Village Rabac in 2km it offers therefore a great mix between relaxation in nature surrounding as well as a entertaining zone for beach, sports and nightlife activities.
From here you can also start nice excursions e.g. to islands and to the established spots such as Opatja, Rijeka and others. In the night many bars and restaurants and clubs are offering a big variety of nightlife action.
