The hotel was designed in 1895 by the Viennese court architects Fellner and Helmer, and it has retained its elegant architecture even since being completely renovated in 2006. For example, the common areas feature:

FACILITIES: An elegant lobby with a reception area and an aperitif bar with a terrace, Spacious stairways and two lifts, A restaurant seating 130, an aperitif bar and a large sun terrace, An outdoor pool with a whirlpool, an indoor pool and a small wellness area, A beautiful garden with easy access to the sea (about 150 m away), small wellness area encompassing some 300 square metres and including a Finnish sauna, herbal steam bath, Kneipp foot bath and whirlpool. There is also a relaxation room, a full-body solarium and an indoor pool.

ACCOMMONDATION: The Hotel Therapia offers a total of 109 spacious rooms and suites, with:
- 14 Single Rooms (approximately 17–20 sq m)
- 79 Double Rooms (approximately 24–33 sq)
All rooms have standard features: bathroom with a shower or shower/bathtub and WC, hairdryer, makeup mirror, telephone, satellite television and radio, LAN connection, minibar, safe in the room, seating, desk, air conditioning; some rooms have a balcony or loggia and some have a view of the sea.
- 14 Suites (approximately 32–60 sq m): Standard features: separate bedroom and living room, bathroom with a shower or shower/bathtub, WC (separate in some rooms), hairdryer, makeup mirror, telephone, satellite television and radio, LAN connection, minibar, safe in the suite, sofa corner and seating, table and chairs, desk, air conditioning; some suites have a balcony or loggia and some have a view of the sea.

SPORT: There are two clay tennis courts with floodlights on the hotel’s grounds.
A sandy beach stretching 1.5 kilometres along the sea is only 150 metres away and can be easily reached by foot. This is where you’ll find the outstandin Sabbia, a combination of a restaurant and beach bar with entertainment and live music.
