The hotel is made up of two properties, Park I and Park II, both located
directly on the sea. There is a beach about 10 minutes away by foot, a
few moorings directly in front of the hotel, additional moorings in the
Punat marina approximately 500 m from the hotel, a boat landing place
directly in front of the hotel. For the elderly and invalids:
handicapped access to the sea. Rooms: 219 rooms with a shower/WC, television, direct-dial telephone, most rooms have a balcony. Economy room: ca. 13 m2, for 1 adult (max. 2 adults), bathroom with shower, Sat TV, telefon and safe. Rooms are all in mediterrane style in the colours blue & yellow.
