Position: apartments settlement Lavica is located in Podstrana 6 km from Split. It is located only few steps from the beach. Shop is 200 m away.

Beach: 50-150m - gravel and concrete, suitable also for children.

Accommodation: all apartments are renovated, (32 apartments), they are different only in color of furniture and design. Near by is located hotel  Meridien Lav, which services can be used with extra payment: outdoor and indoor pool, saunas, massage, tennis courts, fitness. All guests of apartments Lavica have special price. Resort has one common reception.

Each apartment has SAT-TV, bathroom with shower, air-condition and balcony.

Type: A - studio
(cca. 30 m2) for maximum 2 adult persons + one child till 14 years. There is small kitchen niche + dining table in the same room is also double bed and couch for child. Each apartment has SAT-TV, bathroom with shower, air-condition and balcony.

(cca. 52 m2). for maximum 4 adult persons + one child till 14 years. There is small kitchen niche + dining table in the same room is also couch for child. 1 x double bred room. 1 x room with twin bed. apartment has SAT-TV, bathroom with shower, air-condition and balcony.
