It new constructed or completely renovated old settlement Zagori. In tourist resort are 134 rooms(renovated pavilions) and 336 apartments**** in 35 new buildings.

In Oktober 2008 also new Thalasso wellness center will be opened (size 9.400 m2)

Position: near the sea (rise) in the middle of pine wood; Novi Vinodolski 2 km (route by sea).

Beach: concrete and gravel (30-100m), suitable also for children.

Equipment of settlement: pools with deck-chairs and sun umbrellas, sport program: football, volleyball, badminton, yoga, stretching, water gym, aerobic, jogging, table football, + competitions organized by animation tim.

Services that are extra charged: kids town, 2 tennis playgrounds, table tennis, minigolf, sauna and massage, rent of pedalin, kayak, umbrellas and deck chairs.

Beach:
The beach is pebbled, with stone sunbathing terraces. Deck chairs, parasols and sport equipment are available to rent. Along the 2 km of coastline toward Novi Vinodolski lay numerous pebble coves and rocky beaches.
