It new constructed or completely renovated old settlement Zagori. In tourist resort are 134 rooms (renovated pavilions) and 336 apartments**** in 35 new buildings.

In Oktober 2008 also new Thalasso wellness center will be opened (size 9.400 m2)

Position: near the sea (rise) in the middle of pine wood; Novi Vinodolski 2 km (route by sea).

Beach: concrete and gravel (30-100m), suitable also for children.
