Main building of Hotel Punta (A) **** was completely renovated in `98. and `06. completed with Wellness & Spa centre.
The hotel can accommodate 270 guests in the 129 hotel rooms and 3 hotel suites.
 The modern rooms and apartments are equipped with satellite TV, telephone, mini bar, safe, hair dryer and a balcony with sea view. The entire hotel is equipped with air conditioning. Hotel parking is under surveillance 24 hours a day. The hotel is open during the whole year.

The annexes are some 20 meters away from the beach and 50 meters from the hotel restaurant.

The  Kompleks PUNTA annexes is also part of the hotel complex Punta, alongside the hotel itself. The annexes are situated in the direct vicinity of the hotel, spread out on the peninsula at equal distances from the hotel, and can accommodate 360 guests. 
Each annex is comprised of 60 rooms, most of which are double occupancy with the possibility of adding a cot. Each room is equipped with full bathroom, telephone, satellite TV, mini bar, safe, hair dryer and balcony with sea view.
