House Johan, on the island of Pasman, for 5 persons, has one bedroom with one queen bed and one single bed, another bedroom with a queen bed, and a stretchable sofa in the kitchen/dining area. The fresh water reservoir holds 30.000 l, the electricity of 12V is solar powered. Running cold water from the reservoir is installed in the toilet, shower and in the kitchen. The shower is also equipped with thermo-bags (these bags, if they are put in the sunny place, worm up the water in them to the comfortable temperature for a shower). The second shower, outside of the house, has a boiler that worms up on the sun. In the kitchen is a gas refrigerator and a gas stove. Bed linen and dishware are prepared for you. There is a built fireplace inside, and a barbecue outside. The guests go with their own car to the house, first by a car- ferry from Biograd to the island of Pasman, and afterwards on a gravel/dirt country road. Ferry tickets are not included in the price.

Haus Johan, auf Insel Pasman, für 4 Personen, hat in einem von Schlafzimmern 1 Doppelbett und 1 Einzelnbett, in dem zweiten Schlafzimmer ein Doppelbett, und nochKüche/Essraum mit ausziehbarer Sofa. Der Wassertank hält 30.000 l, und 12 V Strom ist Solar betrieben. In Bad, die Dusche und die Toilette haben fließendes kaltes Wasser aus Wassertank. Diese Dusche ist auch mit Thermosäcke ausgestattet (diese Säcke stellt man an die sonnige Stelle, und der Wasserinhalt wird dann angenehm warm fürs duschen). Dei zweite Dusche, neben das Haus, hat einen Boiler das erwärmt sich an die Sonne. Die Küche hat fließendes kaltes Wasser aus Wassertank, und es ist ausgerüstet mit Gas-Kühlschrank und -Herd. Geschirr, Bettwäsche - alles ist für Ihnen vorbereitet. In Haus ein Steinofen, neben das Haus ein Grill, stehen Ihnen zu Verfügen. Dieses Haus ist mit Auto erreichbar, falls Sie die Fähre die fahrt von Biograd nach Pasman nehmen, und mit eine Landstrasse bis zum Haus fahren. Die Fähre-Karten sind nicht ins Preis.
