House Kadulja, on the Pasman island, stylishly furnished, has three bedrooms, each with a queen bed. A fresh water reservoir holds 20.000 l, and 12 V electricity is solar powered. Running cold water from the reservoir is installed in the toilets in both bathrooms and the kitchen, and the outdoors shower operates with thermo-bags ( these bags, if they are put in the sunny place, worm up the water in them to the comfortable temperature for a shower). In the kitchen there is a refrigerator and a stove, running on gas. Bed linen and dishware are prepared for you. Transfer from Biograd to the house is in the price once upon arrival, and back once at the end of the vacation.

Haus Kadulja, auf Insel Pasman, hat drei Schlafzimmer, jedes hat zwei Betten. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, vefügt über zwei Badezimmern. In Haus ist 12V Strom, Solar betrieben, und ein Wassertank das hält 20.000 l. Fließendes kaltes Wasser ist installiert in Toilette und Küche, äußere Dusche ist mit Thermo-Säcke, die stellt man an die sonnige Stelle, und der Wasserinhalt wird dann angenehm warm fürs duschen. Die Küche ist ausgerüstet mit Gas-Kühlschrank und -Herd. Geschirr und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Transfer von Biograd bis dem Haus ist in Preis.

Houses not accessible by car
- price includes 7 days stay, boat transfer to and from the house, parking for your car and organized delivery of groceries. Groceries are delivered two times per week after prior order via SMS.  Groceries are not included in price. Your car is left in Biograd na Moru or Tkon (at the house where the owner of booked house lives) and than the owner of the house transfers you to the booked house.
- boat transfer is either organized from Biograd na moru or from Tkon. If boat transfer is organized from Biograd na Moru, ferry tickets for Biograd na Moru to Tkon (island Pasman) are not included in price.

ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS AT ARRIVAL
- resident tax and registration has to be paid upon arrival. Resident tax costs 1 EUR/person/day, 0,50 EUR/day for persons between 12 till 18 years and children under 12 years do not need to pay resident tax. Registration costs 1,50 EUR per person (one time payment for all persons).
- pets are allowed and charged extra 5 EUR/day payable at your arrival.
- boat rental is possible (210 EUR/week), but license is obligatory.
