House Magdalena, on the island of Pasman, has two bedrooms with queen beds, kitchen with dining area, and a bathroom. The fresh water reservoir holds 20.000 l, the electricity of 12 V is solar powered. Running cold water from the reservoir is installed in the toilet, shower and in the kitchen. Another shower is outside, equipped with a boiler that worms up on the sun. In the kitchen is a gas refrigerator and a gas stove. Bed linen and dishware are prepared for you. There is a barbecue outside. Transfer from Biograd to the house is in the price once upon arrival, and back once at the end of the vacation.

Haus Magdalena, auf Insel Pasman, hat zwei Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten, Küche/Essraum, und Toilette. Der Wassertank hält 20.000 l, und 12 V Strom ist Solar betrieben. In Bad, die Toilette und die Dusche haben fließendes kaltes Wasser. Noch eine Dusche, neben dem Haus, hat einen Boiler das erwärmt sich an die Sonne. Die Küche ist ausgerüstet mit Gas-Kühlschrank und -Herd. Geschirr, Bettwäsche - alles ist für Ihnen vorbereitet. Neben das Haus ein Grill steht Ihnen zur Verfügung. Transfer von Biograd zum Haus ist in Preis, einmal an Ankunft und einmal an Rückfahrt.

Houses not accessible by car
- price includes 7 days stay, boat transfer to and from the house, parking for your car and organized delivery of groceries. Groceries are delivered two times per week after prior order via SMS.  Groceries are not included in price. Your car is left in Biograd na Moru or Tkon (at the house where the owner of booked house lives) and than the owner of the house transfers you to the booked house.
- boat transfer is either organized from Biograd na moru or from Tkon. If boat transfer is organized from Biograd na Moru, ferry tickets for Biograd na Moru to Tkon (island Pasman) are not included in price.

ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS AT ARRIVAL
- resident tax and registration has to be paid upon arrival. Resident tax costs 1 EUR/person/day, 0,50 EUR/day for persons between 12 till 18 years and children under 12 years do not need to pay resident tax. Registration costs 1,50 EUR per person (one time payment for all persons).
- pets are allowed and charged extra 5 EUR/day payable at your arrival.
- boat rental is possible (210 EUR/week), but license is obligatory.
