House Nanara Robinson - island Pasman, Croatia

House Nanara, on the island of Zizanj, has three bedrooms, each with two beads. A fresh water reservoir holds 15.000l , and electricity of 12V is solar-powered. Running cold water from the reservoir is installed in the toilet and in the kitchen sink, the shower is provided with thermo-bags (these bags, if they are put in the sunny place, worm up the water in them to the comfortable temperature for a shower). In the kitchen there is a gas refrigerator and a gas stove. Bed linen and dishware are prepared for you. There is a barbecue by the house, and 2 sandolina for you to use. Transfer from Tkon (Pasman) to the house is in the price once upon arrival, and back once at the end of the vacation. Ferry tickets are not included in the price.

Haus Nanara, auf Insel Zizanj, hat drei separate Doppelzimmern, so es kann annehmen bis zu 6 Personen. Der Wassertank halt 15.000 l, und der 12 V Strom ist Solar betrieben. In Bad, die Toilette hat fließendes Meereswasser, und die Dusche ist mit Thermo-Säcken gestellt (diese Säcke stellt man an die sonnige Stelle, und der Wasserinhalt wird dann angenehm warm fürs duschen). Die Küche ist ausgerüstet mit Gas-Kühlschrank und -Herd. Geschirr und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Neben das Haus ein Grill steht Ihnen zu Verfügen, so wie 2 Sandolinen. Transfer von Tkon (Pasman) zum Haus ist in Preis. Die Fährekarten sind nicht in Preis.

Houses not accessible by car
- price includes 7 days stay, boat transfer to and from the house, parking for your car and organized delivery of groceries. Groceries are delivered two times per week after prior order via SMS. Groceries are not included in price. Your car is left in Biograd na Moru or Tkon (at the house where the owner of booked house lives) and than the owner of the house transfers you to the booked house.
- boat transfer is either organized from Biograd na moru or from Tkon. If boat transfer is organized from Biograd na Moru, ferry tickets for Biograd na Moru to Tkon (island Pasman) are not included in price.

ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS AT ARRIVAL
- resident tax and registration has to be paid upon arrival. Resident tax costs 1 EUR/person/day, 0,50 EUR/day for persons between 12 till 18 years and children under 12 years do not need to pay resident tax. Registration costs 1,50 EUR per person (one time payment for all persons).
- pets are allowed and charged extra 5 EUR/day payable at your arrival.
- boat rental is possible (210 EUR/week), but license is obligatory.
