Insurance company also covers expenses to insured person, which originated from travelling alone, due to cancellation of travel by co - insured persons, quoted on the insurance policy, who cancelled the travel due to the causes mentioned above. Only one insured person is entitle to this kind of cancellation and it has to be obvious from cancellation documentation (collective registration and collective insurance policy, damage report of co - travellers).

Insured person has to inform the company as soon as it becomes obvious that he or she will not be able to travel. It has to be done in writing.

DOCUMENTING OF INSURANCE CLAIM
Beneficiary (insured person or his legal successor) must document an event with verified report of competent institution. If the cancellation has occurred due to unexpected worsening of medical condition, which prohibits insured person to travel, insured person or his legal successor has to enclose a photocopy of a report of duration of temporary inability to work. From this report it has to be obvious that the status coincides with the dates of the travel. The other possibility is a medical report, which has to enclose following data:
- date of worsening of medical condition,
- short description of illness,
- therapeutic steps taken to improve the condition.

Insurance claim asserts the insurance holder. Insurance claim has to have following documents enclosed:
- copy of insurance
- contract about the travel between the insurance holder and travel agency
- report of competent institution
