Location
3 km from the historic center of Pula and only 1 km from Punta Verudela,
that can be easily reached in a few minutes along the seaside
promenade...
The proximity of the city
makes it easily accessible by all means of transportation: it is only 7
km from Pula airport, 4 km from the port and also 4 km from the train
and bus stations.
Public bus operation is ran by Pulapromet. Bus operate between city
centre Pula and Horizont & Splendid Resort every 20 minutes. The cost
for bus ticket in one way is cca. 1,40 EUR per person.
The Resort offers free
wireless Internet in resort reception. The resort has a supermarket,
café bar, snack bar, restaurant, pizzeria, exchange office, massage,
souvenir and newspaper shop and fitness. Splendid Resort offers two
outdoor swimming pool with seawater (the sunchairs are extra payment).
Pets are allowed, at charge.

All 220 apartments (completely renovated in 2005) are air-conditioned
(extra charge), with panoramic balcony, recently renovated, modernly and
comfortably furnished with full equipped kitchen with coffee maker,
fridge and freezer to provide high quality comfort for a perfect
holiday. All apartments are with shower bath.

apartments have a seaview.

Two-room apartment, 40-55 m2 + balcony, up to 5 persons; living room

ENTERTAINMENT AND
ANIMATION (from mid May until mid September)
Arenaturist`s animation club for adults and children starts with its
activities at 10 am and continues until after 11 pm. This includes:
acqua aerobic at Horizont & Splendid swimming pool (10 am -11 am), mini
club for children (11am -12 am & 17 pm – 19 pm) and dance evenings with
with live music. For all night entertainment, only 2 km from Resort in
the Hotel Histria there is a night bar and casino, and within the Punta
Verudela complex is a discotheque with large summer terrace. On the
Punta Verudela there is also the new restaurant & lounge bar Ambrela,
the unique place for day and night entertainment.
SPORT
Guests of Splendid – Golden Rocks Resort have at their disposal tennis
courts, minigolf and or they can rent a bike. For more demanding,
sports-oriented guests, there is a sports and recreation center at
nearby Punta Verudela with 18 tennis courts, 2 five-a-side football
pitches, sports grounds for handball, basketball, volleyball, squash,
beach volleyball and table tennis.
SERVICE
There is a possbility to book a half bord or only a dinner in „Horizont“
restaurant.
Weekly change of bed linen and towels (one large bath towel and one hand
towel) for stays of one week.

BEACHES
