Location: Sol Stella Maris settlement is located next to the beach
awarded with the international Blue flag award, amidst the Mediterranean
vegetation, 2 kilometres from the centre of Umag.
Facilities: The tourist village Sol Stella Maris has 427 apartments and 198
studios, à la carte restaurants, a pizzeria, a pastry shop, a buffet
restaurant and coffee bars. The usage of the 2 outdoor swimming pools
for adults and 2 swimming pools for children with salt water together
with the parking in front of the apartments and bungalows is free of
charge. The settlement beach was awarded with the international award
Blue Flag in 2002. The beach, along with other services prescribed by
standards, offers the deck chairs and sunshades rental with additional
charge, and the use of a special space reserved for pets and the
especially designed part of the beach for disabled persons. A marina for
boats. A post office, bank machine, shops, a supermarket and a first-aid
station. Use of the safety deposit box on the reception is charged
approximately 15 euro per week.
