Dear staff of hvraska.net
I was really satisfied with your service and there's nothing that's gone
wrong in my holyday in Croatia: the place and the seaside were wonderful,
the staff at the hotel
(Veli Mel) was really nice, the restaurant quite good (but you could
take all the food that you could eat... so it's ok!). I was a little
worried when I have to wait for the reservation invoice by mail because
I've made the reservation quite late, by the way it arrived few days
before my departure so there wasn't any problem. Next time I'll try to
make it with more advance!
My girlfriend and me appreciated so much this holiday that we have advised
our friends to make the same next year!

Good afternoon Jure,
1) It was a pleasure making our holiday reservations with you. Very fast
feed-back on all our questions. Efficient and easy to do business with
you. You also gave us a good recommendation for our hotel in Split near
the old town, although you could not make the reservation for us.The only
comment I would have is your inability to accept VISA card for payment.
However, you gave us the necessary bank information for direct electronic
bank to bank transfer which was not a problem for us.
2) Bretanide Bol,
Croatia. August 21 - 28, 2004 : Good value for money. We had an excellent
room with balcony. Athough not a premium room we still had a partial view
of the sea, park and swimming pool. However we would not have liked those
rooms on the ground floor that open directly on the path were
people walk by to go to the various areas of the resort. (Were we lucky or
beneficiary of your excellent booking service ... ?)
We are familiar with the Club Meds. However we have never seen a resort
where local soft drinks, coffee, tea and local red and white wine is
available free of charge all day at various resort locations. Also, in
addition to the main restaurant with official open hours a smaller
restaurant is open much of the afternoon (Pizza, pasta etc.) free of
charge.
. Finally, on Saturday, breakfast is served from 05h30 onwards which is
great for those who have an early morning boat to catch. The staff were
very helpful and friendly.
3) If and when we were to plan a holiday in Slovenia, we would certainly
contact you again.

Dear friends,
First of all i have to
thanks Jure Barbarovic for the excellence of his service. During the
period of reservation he answer me extremely rapidly with pertinence at
all my questions about the location,the payment and the place It was a
fantastic interactivity. Because it was for me the first time that I
reserved my holidays with internet
Everything was ok in Brac.
I have to tell you that they change our two studio's at Diana and we
receive one apatment with two rooms in Kaktus
hotel with air-conditioning, but we didn't realy need this, but it was
OK .
Only one very negative
point: the noice: at 11:30, 16:00, 18:00 and some times from 21:00 to
23:30 they were boring, very noicy and stupid animation and activities at
the pool. A lot of people have tried to ask to stop it but unsuccesfull .
I thing you have to tell this at Kaktus direction, they have to respect
the rest of their clients It was really not fun because we were my wive
and myself very tired and we needed a quiet place to rest
For the rest we spend very nice holidays and Croatia is very beautifull.

met were very nice, smiling and a great sence of hospitality Split a
facination town

Thanks for asking for my opinion. Please
find below my feeback:
1. Your service
Positives:
- Flexibile, quick.
- Effective arrangements only a few days before the holiday, incl.
reservation, payment, forwarding other wishes to the hotel (room number).
- Reasonable price, even cheaper than reserving directly with the hotel.
- Special discount for children which made the price level even more
attractive.
Place for improvement:
- It was not possible to make reservation on daily basis, only for a
complete week.
2. Holiday, hotel
Veli Mel
The place was not new and a surprise for us as this was already the third
time we have been in Rab (twice from that in Lopar San Marino). We like
this place as it is the nearest beach for us being ideal with small
children, too. The hotel itself is not the most elegant one but it is
suitable for a family holiday.
Most probably we will visit it next year again for a few days. If so and
you will have again good conditions, we will be happy to make reservation
with you.

Dear Nadja,
We have spent near 10
days in Zagori (Novi
Resort) and all of my familiy were very satisfied with the
cicumstances:
- The reservation process was first class: quick, efficient , friendly,
flexible and personal,
- The appartement was also excellent, prettily furnished, well equipped
and
cleaned up every day,
- Let me congratulate to you on this wonderful new resort settlement!
Hopefully the vegetation too, will grow up soon.
What we propose to improve:
- The obligingness of receptionists and waiters, perhaps they were
overloaded.
- The quality and choice of foodstuff at the restaurants, it seemed like a
massfeed to us.
- Finally the see is wonderful there but the coast was rubbishy and to
hire a sunchair and umbrella was disproportionately expensive.
Anyway we have had a lot of good
experiences and nice impressions from our pleasant summer holydays in
Zagori!

We were very satisfied with your services.
Maybe something to improve your business is to offer a payment by credit
card like the visa card because it's easier and less expensive than money
transfer by a bank.
Our stay in Croatie and the house on Island Pag were wonderful. Meals in Pezione
Sveta Marija were also very good .
We were very warmly welcomed and the week
was spendid;
Maybe we will go back there next summer because we enjoyed it very much.

Bilo je lepo, vsi so bili prijazni, le hotel
je potreben temeljite
adaptacije in mislim, da se jo bodo kmalu lotili. Vsekakor pa je bil
dopust, ki ste mi ga rezervirali če upoštevam ceno, zelo zelo ugoden.
Torej, Hotel Albatros
lahko priporočite svojim gostom, hrana v hotelu pa je bila prečudovita.

Thank you for all of your help with my holiday
at the end of August.
Everything went very well with the
reservation arrangements and when I arrived at the hotel
Pastura.
The one change I would like to suggest is
that you accept Credit Card payments using Visa and Mastercard. Here in
the UK we do not all use American Express.

to Rab in hotel
Imperial.
Only one thing about payment method...can
you please arrange to take VISA or DEBIT CARD instead of American Express
to be paid into your Bank account?
I do not know anyone in UK that uses
American Express. Also, transfer of money from Barclays Bank or HSBC is ok
and free if you are one of their customers, if not then there is a charge
for this service. UK tourists are not used to this type of transaction.

Pozdravljen,
Najprej se opravičujem za pozen odgovor.
Z vašo storitvijo sem zelo zadovoljna.
Letos smo drugič dopustovali preko vaše agencije in to obakrat na Pagu v
Novalji (apartmaji Trcol).
Zelo sem zadovoljna, ker lahko vse uredimo
kar preko elektronske pošte in interneta, tako da ni potrebno hoditi
okrog po agencijah, čakati v vrsti…Tudi vaši odgovori so bili hitri,
skratka SUPER!
Tudi apartmaji Trcol so enkratni, tako da
bomo verjetno naslednje leto spet dopustovali tam.

Kot ste želeli, vam z veseljem pošiljam
svoje vtise o preživetih počitnicah.
Apartma
v katerem smo bili nastanjeni je brezhiben, čeprav je manjši. Tudi
TV se je v večernih urah zelo prilegla in mojemu možu omogočila ogled
finalne tekme evropskega prvenstva v nogometu.
Da ne govorim o prijaznosti vaše mame.
Tudi senca velikih borov je pri 38 stopinjah in več zelo dobrodošla.
Zelo me je razveselila vaša ponudba
obiskov in izletov po otoku Braču. Brač je zares čudovit in vreden
ogleda. O tem sem se tudi sama prepričala.
Skratka preživeli smo čudovit dopust,
tako da mislim da bomo še sodelovali. Pri vašem delu pa vam želim
veliko uspeha.
