Zdravo !
No mi smo se s prvega dela dopusta že
vrnili in sicer Bol (club
Hotel Riu Bonaca) se nam je moram reči bolj dopadel kot Supetar,
aploh kar se tiče reda v restavraciji in raznih dodatnih prigrizkov in
pijače.
Torej v Riu bonaca res ne rabiš biti
žejen niti lačen, razen sobe bi morda morali malo prenoviti. No v
glavnem bilo je lepo razen 11 ur vožnje do tja mormao pozabiti.

Letovanje na Lošinju je bilo odlično,
apartmaji Punta so odlični.
Zanima me, če bi se dalo najeti apartma št.458 za zadnji teden avgusta
(25.8.-1.9.) in kakšna je cena.

Dear Ms. Nadja,
I came back from my holiday in Croatia and want to say 'thank you' to
you and your company. The appartment was very well equipped, close to
the beach and the city centre, and the landlady was very friendly and
helpful.
Also the staff at your partner in Biograd was very nice and
helped us a lot in planning tours. Generally, my wife and I liked
Croatia a lot- so it's very possible that next year you will hear from
us again when we plan the next holiday.

odlicna,

Z možem sva se vrnila z dopusta na Braču (HN
Velaris), kjer sva letovala preko vaše agencije. Moram pohvaliti
vaše poslovanje že prej (kontakt, navodila, rezervacijo,…), prav tako pa
sva bila prijetno presenečena nad krasno lokacijo, prijaznim osebjem in
ker je bilo vse tako, kot smo se dogovorili, oz. še boljše (hladilnik v
sobi, fen v kopalnici, …).

hotelu
Vespera na Malem Lošinju minile prehitro; vendar za to niste krivi
vi. Zelo smo bili zadovoljni z vašo storitvijo (rezervacija in plačilo
letovanja prek interneta) in jo bomo priporočili tudi našim prijateljem.
V hotelu Vespera smo se imeli zelo lepo
in se bomo na otoka Lošinj in Cres še vrnili; seveda prek vaše agencije.

Draga Nadja in Jure,
v imenu vseh, ki smo bili v Poreču (Hotel
Kristal), se vam najlepše zahvaljujemo za prelep dopust. Vse je bilo
tako kot smo si predstavljali ali pa celo lepše!
Hotel so res lepo porihtali, prav tako okolico. Hrana je bila tudi
dobra, tako, da ni kaj, da bi lahko pripomnili!
Imeli smo ogrevan bazen, tako, da smo se vsak dan kopali in sončili!
Imam prav lepo braun boju!:))))

bilo je super.sobe čisto nove, s klimo(ki je sicer nismo rabili zaradi
idealnih temperatur),hladilnikom in zelo prijaznim osebjem.
hrana odlična in vsega dovolj.
bili smo pač prvi gosti (ob 0730 ) in so nam takoj dali sobe.
če sem lahko malo pameten: fotografije
HN Vellaris
bi lahko bile mnogo boljše.

Sorry for a very late reply (have been
mega busy with my work &&& but would like to answer your request e (if
you can still use it) - we were very satisfied with your assistance and
your very quick (important for customers) replies regarding our e-mails
- you updated our reservation imedideatly!
We were very satisfied with the luxury
apparent of Novi Vinodolski -
although not everything was finished!!!! (Not your problem or
responsibility) the apartment really great we but they didn´t have
everything ready in the apartment (kitchen utensils etc - the worst
thing was that the swimming-pool was finished 4 days in the end of our
vacation and we spoke to other vacationers (our last week and perhaps
their first/only week) that their expectations were that the
swimming-pool was finished - some got a compensation - not just us but
again not your fault - we managed with many visit's to KrK island and
their beaches ! .
All in all - we very pleased with your
assistance and will look forward using you again for our next vacationen
in Croatia - have recommended you agency already to many of our friends
& collegeuges !!

stay at "Novi"
resort in Novi
Vinodolski. The accommodation was great and the organization and
hospitality should be rated as exceptional. The reservation process is
an example of accuracy.

Dear Jure,
Finding your E-mail after return from
business trip.
We were very happy with your service,
altogether rapidity, reactivity and
care about our specific requests which you did your very best to
accommodate. We have kept you coordinates for the future, in case of...
On the contrary, the
hotel Ivan in
Sibenik was rather disappointing, nothing to say about service
people who were as kind as they could; but the hotel itself is in very
used condition, rooms are very small with furnitures in bad conditions.
We had to ask our bed to be repaired after our first night without
sleeping. Air conditioning had also to be repaired. Food on the
buffet was really not the one you could expect from a 3 stars hotel,
quality just acceptable and no variety from one day to the other.
Almost always the same things. Not enough sun relax armchairs around the
swimming pool. You had to reserve two before 7 AM in the morning with
your towels if you wanted not to pay for them or sit on the concrete.
Ridiculous and totally unacceptable.
Unexistant gym and sport activities for adults.
Globally, hotel Ivan can only be
recommended for families with young children (good activities for them),
not for couples looking for a good standard. Price to quality ratio too
low.
On the contrary, we spent one week on our
own in the 3 stars Jadran hotel in Trogir. Top class rooms, furnitures,
marvellous food, dynamic animation and services. Personnel extremely
kind and committed. To recommend for couples.
Less for families with young children. I suggest you personally try it
one day when passing by.

Evo konacno da nadjem 5 min. da vam kazem moj
dojam;
Hotel na odlicnoj lokaciji i sa dobrom poslugom
Polu-pansion-dobar
Rezervacija odlicna ; mozda bih mogli poslati klijentima plan mijesta
saprebivalistem.
Jedini nedostatak smjestaja jeste slaba izolacija izmedu soba-nisam imao
srece susjedi su bili jako bucni.
Nadam se da ce Vam ovaj komentar biti od koristi
