Žman is located on the northeast coast of Dugi otok, about 5 km southwest of Sali, along the local road Sali - Veli Rat. The older part of the village is away from the coast, while the newer part is along the coast in the bay Žmanšćica, which also has two smaller islands: Krknata and Vaka. The settlement itself is surrounded by the hills of Gračina and Veliki and Mali Slotinjak.
