The rooms are worn out. Dirty walls, curtains, the toilet was black around the edge, the floor or carpet was dirty.

2 indoor pools!!!!
The hotel was full of guests, but there were only a few sun loungers at the pool, there was nowhere to put your towels, we were mainly guests with small children, there was really nowhere to put your things...mainly... we didn't swim because it was really inappropriate.

The pool is terrible, there is no children's pool at all.

Maybe slowly modernize and expand the wellness center, separate the saunas from the rest of the offer and look at indoor pools. There are too many children in the wellness center, who in my opinion don't belong there.

I got a different room than I booked. Unfriendly rude receptionist.

There is no parking space for guests except for the public one, life was added to the building itself in 1985, the floor tiles are flying behind you, the aperitif bar closes when it would be used by the most guests, the maids enter the rooms in the morning when some are still sleeping, as far as cleaning is concerned, it is the same as 30 years ago, even the glass on the windows and doors would need cleaning, even the curtains could be washed or replaced after 30 years, as far as food and the menu are concerned, they could offer something different for breakfast every day, instead of hot dogs, eggs two ways, Parisian, Tyrolean and a few spreads every day, they could offer drinks at lunch, even if for an additional fee, and the company is provided by a rat that peacefully walks around the dining room, I had the feeling that it was home, YES, unfortunately you are right about all of this, but you forgot to mention the noise of passers-by under the hotel windows, because everyone walks there, even those who are not guests, because this part should be fenced off as part of the hotel, and the beach is not a hotel beach as advertised, but a public one, which is why guests are dissatisfied with the crowds. It is true that the hotel only has two stars, but I think they should try to keep those two stars, because they can also lose them......
