Noise at night due to thin walls, small room

The rooms lack air conditioning, but otherwise everything is ok.

I do not approve of guests taking food out of the dining room in large quantities, pouring themselves drinks, and taking it out of the dining room.

It's a shame there's no air conditioning or fridge in the rooms. It's hot, so sleeping in the heat is a difficult task...

Extremely small rooms, damaged doors - hole in the front door

The toilet at the pool is dirty, the rooms are too small for three people, the bathroom is too small

No Wi-Fi in the rooms, extremely crowded in the dining rooms.

They could improve the cleaning... several times the only cleaning was changing towels and emptying the trash.

Heat in the rooms, no fridge in the room, Wifi only in the lobby, very crowded at meal times

It would be great if the hotel introduced air conditioning or at least fans in the rooms.

Excessively loud music on the terrace, too long into the night. In general, too much noise in the hotel from neighboring rooms, apparently the walls are paper thin. We received a superficially cleaned bathroom, the food at dinner was identical for 7 days, at least the breakfasts had a varied selection

The rooms where you have an extra bed are so small that you can't get to the balcony anymore.

- very long queue at the reception to check in upon arrival - the room was not ready - it was not cleaned - poor choice of food at dinner (we arrived after 8pm) - among other things, even basic things like vinegar and oil ran out, about desserts - the pastries were no longer there...

The problem is the crowding in the dining room and the lack of support staff. Since they probably have a general shortage of staff, some workers were transferred to higher-category hotels, and here those who brought food to the dining room had to work hard, but they still couldn't meet all needs. When something ran out, you had to wait a long time. It would also be better if those cooks who stood behind the counter and (unnecessarily) distributed food worked in the dining room. Parking spaces also need to be arranged, especially for bicycles, because there are a lot of cyclists here during this May Day period. So we left our bicycles everywhere overnight. The 2+1 rooms are absolutely too small for a third bed. We got an extra bed later, even though we had announced a third person (a child).

Disastrously bad food. Expensive is an understatement.

The hotel has about 2,000 guests and everyone is loading salad and everything else with the same spoon and fork, and so they are constantly picking up germs. We need to find a solution so that the guest can grab everything with their own napkin or something disposable.

The Wi-Fi was sometimes poor, and some of the staff had poor German skills, although communication in English was very good.
