The water supply is from 20000 l tank. The water is good and drinkable, but since it is standing water we recommend bottled for drinking. There is also an outdoor solar heated shower. Electric energy 220v is obtained through solar panels and serves for small consumers. Water and electricity need to be rationally used.

- Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed for two people, Bedroom 2 has a single bed for one person, Bedroom 3 has two single beds and can sleep 2 people, Bedroom 4 has a double bed for two people. All beds have bed linen.
- Inside the house there is a TV, air conditioning (additional charge for use) and a washing machine.
- Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and towels.
- The kitchen is equipped with utensils and dishes, an oven, a stove and a fridge with freezer
