Ker ni trajektne povezave, hiša ni dostopna z avtom. Avto pustite parkiran na brezplačnem parkirišču v Biogradu, od tam pa vas prepeljejo s čolnom do otoka.
V spalnici je zakonska postelja ter kavč za eno osebo v kuhinj. Hiša tako sprejme 2-3 osebe (3 oseba na vprašanje in ob doplačilu). Kuhinja ima hladilnik in štedilnik na plin. Posoda in posteljnina so v hiši. V bližini hiše ustavljajo izletniške ladjice.
Dostava hrane je organizirana 1 x na teden (doplačilo). Mobilne telefone je možno polniti z avtomobilskim priključkom.
V hiši je solarna elektrika 12 V. Tekoča hladna voda se nahaja v kuhinje in kopalnici. Zunanji tuš deluje na sončno energijo, ki ogreva bojler. Za vodo iz cisterne je potrebno prekuhavanje pred uporabo.

- The house is located on the islet of Žižanj (next to the island of Pašman) which is not connected by ferry lines to the mainland or to other islands, so both the island and the house are inaccessible to private vehicles! You can leave your vehicle (one per group) in a safe and free parking lot in Biograd na moru. A private boat transfer from the parking lot to the house, once upon arrival and once at the end of your stay, is free of charge. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so that you can contact us if necessary. You can charge your mobile phone in the house with your car charger. The 12V electricity is solar-powered. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. The toilet uses running water (sea). The outdoor shower has a water heater that is heated by the sun. Water should be used sparingly here. Since the water sits in the tank at high temperatures during the summer, if you want to use it for drinking, it is necessary to boil it beforehand. Most guests decide to buy bottled drinking water. Grocery delivery service is available every 3-4 days for an additional charge of 10 EUR per delivery. The house can be booked for at least 7 days. Pets are welcome for an additional charge. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer and a stove, both on gas. Dishes and linen are waiting for you. Linen is changed once a week, while bathroom and beach towels are not offered. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and a single sofa bed in the kitchen, the total capacity of the house is two people. Motor boat rental is possible, upon request, provided that the guest must have with them a valid Croatian open water boating license. We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd during the morning to early afternoon, as reaching the property at night is difficult.
