Az épülethez egy 4 km-es makadám út vezet, az autót a háztól 70 méterre található parkolóban kell hagyni. Meleg víz a házban és a külső zuhanyzónál is van, de javasolt ennek gazdaságos használata. Az áramellátás napenergia használatával történik, ezért a magas fogyasztású háztartási gépek használata tilos. Lehetőség van csónak bérlésére is, de ezzel kapcsolatban előzetes egyeztetésre van szükség irodánkkal.

E mellet hajó/csónak kikötésre is van mód, de annak kikötése Stomorskában lehetséges.
