The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a living room and a dining room, in which there is a sofa bed for one person. Wireless internet and satellite TV are available in the house free of charge. However, the quality of the WLAN and mobile phone signal can vary greatly. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer and a three-burner gas stove.

The bedrooms are located on the upper floor and are furnished, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and sink. There is running cold and hot water in the kitchen and bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly.

Electricity and water should be used sparingly.

Given that the water remains in the tank in hot weather, it is recommended to boil it before drinking or buy bottled drinking water. The water from the tank is suitable for cooking and washing. Electricity is generated by solar energy, 220 V, but the use of household appliances is not allowed, except for battery chargers and lights. The sockets in the house are suitable for a standard plug, so guests can charge their mobile phones in the house with their own standard household charger. This natural house can be reached by car within a distance of 60 meters. Public and free parking is available.

Ferry tickets are not included in the price.

Minimum stay is 7 days, Saturday to Saturday only.
