We were very disappointed with the attitude of some of your reception staff especially Igor who was very arrogant and became very offensive to us. Some Reception staff seemed disinterested in assisting awaiting customers and would chat among themselves while we were waiting. Other staff were very helpful: We would like to compliment Alvira and other staff (so not remember their names) who were very professional and happy to assist. I must highly recommend the Manager and staff in the dining room who were all so nice and professional and it was a pleasure dining there. The food was always excellent as were the wonderful staff.

The food had a good selection could have been served hotter for english taste. A bit disorganised when making your selections it was like a free for all at certain times but that was down to holiday makers and not hotel. Needed more sunbeds and don't allow holiday makers to get up early and reserve with their towels.The Television service needed more english speaking channels.
