The holiday house Astrid is located close to the sea, and it is available to rent during the spring and summer, till early autumn. It is placed on the island of Pasman, which has a regular connection with the mainland - it takes about 15 min with the ferry to get to the island from Biograd na moru, and the ferry is leaving more then 10 times a day.
This holiday house has two separate bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two separate single beds. In the kitchen/living room there is a couch for one person, so this holiday house can accommodate up to 5 persons. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a gas cooker. This house can also offer you a SAT TV and WiFi (WLan) internet, while outside you can use a barbecue with a bread oven. This is a pet-friendly house, pets are welcome here, upon a request and against a surcharge of 7,00 EUR per day per pet. The house is accessible by car on about 60 m to the house, on a makeshift road over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions. For this reason, these roads are not recommended for lowered cars, but that does not mean that you necessarily have to have an SUV or a four-wheeler. These roads are passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving.
The house is placed on a distance of about 100 m from the sea, on a path that is steep. The stony beach is not favourable for small children and non-swimmers. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only.
The fresh water reservoir holds 8.000 l. Electricity of 220V is solar powered (no other household appliances may be used except the present equipment of the house and the battery rechargers). Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as on the outdoor shower. Water and electricity should be spent sparingly here. This water is originally tap water, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. Bed linen and bathroom towels are prepared for you, fresh arrive once a week. Beach towels are not available, please bring your own. Bring along your cell phone as well, so that you could contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, using your usual household charger.
Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency, because the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night.
