The two bedroom nature house Rocco, for up to 5 persons, is located directly on the sea, on a sandy beach in the bay of Vitane, on the island of Pasman.

All the rooms in the house are on the ground floor. The open-plan kitchen with living and dining room contains a sofa, a fireplace and a SAT-TV. In the kitchen there is a fridge with a freezer compartment and a stovetop on gas with 4 burners. Running warm and cold water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom (gas boiler). The two bedrooms are both equipped with double beds. Bed linen are included, fresh arrive once a week. The bathroom equipment includes a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available.

In the garden, there is a barbecue and an outside shower, for which the water warms up by the warmth of the sun. The roofed terrace is furnished, while sunbeds are also available.

Guests may have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to place this SIM-card in one of their own devices, which will then work as a hotspot.

The electricity and the water should be spent here sparingly. Considering that the water is staying in the tank in hot weather, it is recommend to boil it before drinking, or to buy bottled drinking water. The water from the tank is fine as it is, for cooking and washing.

Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and lights.

We recommend to the guests to bring their mobile phone, so that they could contact us in case of need. The sockets in the house are fit for a standard plug, so the guests may recharge their mobile phones in the house, with their own standard household recharger.

There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driver´s license). Boat berth is available without further charges in front of the house.

This waterfront holiday house is approachable by car, on the road which is paved with concrete (all but the last 200m).

The island of Pasman is very close to the mainland - only 15min with the ferry. This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, starting from this house, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts.

Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. The house is bookable all year through, but winter rental includes additional costs for heating materials.

This is a pet-friendly house, pets are welcome here, against a surcharge of 5 EUR per day per pet.

Il serbatoio dell'acqua: 20.000 l. L'elettricità è di 12V, è a energia solare. Non è possibile usarla per gli elettrodomestici, tranne per la ricarica di un telefono cellulare e l'illuminazione.

L'acqua fredda liquida è installata in cucina, in bagno . La doccia esterna e il bagno sono collegati alla caldaia, dove l'acqua viene riscaldata dal sole. Maneggiare con acqua con cura e razionalmente! Si consiglia inoltre di far bollire l'acqua prima di bere o comprarla in bottiglia.

La cucina è dotata di frigorifero, fornello (tutto e due a gas), stoviglie e utensili. La biancheria da letto è anche nella camera da letto. Quando si fa la pulizione si cambia le lenzuola - sempre fresca!

Portate il proprio cellulare con se per chiamare l'agenzia locale in caso di problemi, mancanza di cibo o acqua. Il telefono può essere ricaricato in casa.

La casa è raggiungibile in auto. La strada è ruvida e non adatta alla guida con macchine più basse. Le cosiddette strade improvvisate sono ulteriormente aggravate dal peggioramento delle condizioni meteorologiche. Se avete un veicolo fuoristrada, non ci saranno problemi con il tempo piovoso. Il parcheggio si trov a Vitane (incluso nel prezzo) Il parcheggio non è particolarmente protetto.
