- The house is accessible by car approx. 40m to Landjin Bay, on a rough improvised road, which can be quite damaged due to bad weather (rain), so careful and slow driving is definitely required
- It is necessary to use water and electricity sparingly in the building.
- Electricity 220 V (via transformer) on solar energy. Please do not bring electrical appliances that are not part of the original equipment of the house, as they may cause damage. The only exception is battery chargers for mobile phones / laptops.
- The house has cold running water supplied to the kitchen and bathroom with shower, from its own well.
