- This small fisherman's house with two bedrooms is located directly on the beach on the island of Žut (near the Kornati National Park). The island is not connected by ferry lines either to the mainland or to other islands, so it is inaccessible for cars. Transfer by private boat from Murter (boat ride takes 1.5 hours) is included in the price. For the guests who use the transfer service, arrival in Murter should be by 9 am, and the guests on the island should wait for entry for 2-3 hours until the accommodation is cleaned. Upon departure, guests should vacate the accommodation by 10:00 a.m., but the earliest departure of the transfer from the island would be around 4:00 p.m. For guests who do not use the transfer service, entry to the accommodation is possible from 4:00 p.m., and they must vacate the accommodation by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Parking for 1 car is provided in Murter at no extra charge. Pets are welcome for an additional charge. We recommend that you bring all the necessities (groceries, hygiene products etc.) with you upon arrival. On the other side of the hill is Acy marina (10-15 minute walk) where you can buy bread and basic groceries in a small shop. There you will also find a couple of restaurants. In the kitchen there is a four-burner gas hob, without an oven, and a fridge with freezer compartment, also on gas, as well as a smart TV. There is a double bed in each of the two bedrooms. Bed linen and towels are prepared for guests, and fresh ones are made available after each week of stay. Water and electricity should be used sparingly here.Running hot and cold water from a tank is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, if it is to be used for drinking, it is necessary to boil it beforehand. Most guests decide to buy bottled drinking water. Water directly from the tank is suitable for cooking and washing.Electricity of 220V is solar powered. It is not allowed to bring and use your own electrical devices except mobile phone / laptop chargers. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so that you can contact us in case of need. You can charge your mobile phone at home with your charger that you use at home. WLan Internet is also available to guests at no additional charge.
