Bewertung Apartments Ruzmarin - Apartment Ana A is very close to the beach, just 50 m.
Apartment is big enough, 2 bedrooms + 2 kids sleeping on the couch.
The furniture was partially damaged.
The bedrooms and balcony was not very well cleaned, after claiming at reception we got just feedback that it was windy last days and windows were opened ... Bad service!
No bed clothes for the children prepared, after claiming at the reception we got it finally.
The kitchen not very well equipped! For 4+2 there were only 3 spoons and 3 knives, and so on. Very poor equipped, no microwave oven. No dishwashing liquid. The electric cooking plates were sometimes working, sometimes not.
The bathroom - damaged shower and also the sink - water was flowing away very slowly, after claiming at the reception they came after few hours to clean it finally. The cold water in washbasin was coming very slowly, with some strange noise in the walls. - after claiming at the reception he came but hasn’t repaired anything.
Just 2 pcs. of toilet paper for 4+2 for 1 week!
There was washing liquid for the shower prepared.
Air conditioning too noisy.
No mosquito nets on the windows.
Parking lot was big enough for another 40 cars of hotel visitors, but still the receptionist was trying to charge us extra for the 2nd car, against our previous agreement during booking.
The automatic gate to parking lot was working not very automatic, so we needed to contact several times the receptionist to open the gate. The beach just across the street (Kopara) was very dirty. At the 1st day there were some lets say 30 pcs. of different pieces (glass bottles, beer doses, plastics and paper tissues, etc.) of trash across just 30 m of beach. Some day even excrements from cat. No trash bin on the beach. No cleaning service on the beach. Very poor service from the city. Other cities do cleaning in the early morning every day. Fortunately the water was perfectly clean. Communication with the receptionist was from the 1st contact very strange. Not very guest friendly, sarcastic. He needed to recalculate 2 times to get the proper price for the stay. He asked for caution at the 1st day of 100 euro and on leave he tried even to forget about it to pay back. negative Erfahrungen/Kritik In this conditions I will not visit this place once again and can not recommend to visit this hotel. With better service from the hotel and also from city it could be a perfect place for holiday. Such a shame!
