skargi	If we are going in August and we are said that all swimming pools are open, this should be like that. Unfortunately swimming pool for kids was closed all time - no water inside. Additionally, it could be desirable to close the beach for hotel residents only, now it happens that 70% of beach users are outside the hotel but come to the beach using hotel infrastructure (hotel invested in making beach pleasant, stairs, pavements, etc). the seaside which is weirs nearby shall be for other users but the beach shall be for hotel guests only. Rooms coud have the fridge, very desirable in August, much more than TV. I hav no idea why airconditioning is switchedd off in the restauarnt - we had to switch it on, but it was not enough if it has just started working. The restaurant has an information on the door - airconditiponed, but it is not, all windows closed, airconditioning is not working, very hard to stay. It is not nice that when there was a festiwal of salsa and 1thousand guests were expected, the quality of food has changed significantly - much more variety of food, bigger choice of fruits, salads, meat, etc. It really looked strange that we paid the same money and received other quality of food. Thjis is simply not good Public Relatons for hotel.
