|Bad service, not friendly staff, no phone in the room, no way to contact to front desk, for every problem you have to walk up the hill for like 15 minutes to get to front desk, AC wasn’t working we complained somebody came said it’s working but it didn’t for 3 days, water heater hot water only for a 3 min shower next person should shower with cold water, what bothered me the most the staff in front have no smile on their faces and they don’t know their job, we had to go there 3 times to get our passports back, to get a parking permit since they forgot to give us, ac not working, so this place is not good for USA travelers, maybe we have high expectations or we know what a good service is, the room was for 4 people but there wasn’t enough bed sheets and blankets for 4, one word Don’t go to this place, they need to train their staff!!! Pool too small compared to number of people staying there. No assigned parking space, very limited parking comparing the number of people staying in there so you constantly look for parking and get a ticket!!!
