The hotel is beautiful, the view over the bay is amazing but definitely too much concrete and glass has been used everywhere (not well integrated in the area, making it feel very hot during the day and ruining also the side of the hill where it stands. Air conditioning too cold everywhere from the elevators to the rooms, everybody sneezing all the time! The service is not up to the 5 stars standard, even though there are lots of employees, probably poorly coordinated and managed *** No Hilton Honor Gold upgrade and no lounge access except Diamonds. Thanks to Lidja our housekeeper to always make the room shine.

Z ženo nama je bilo všeč veliko stvari: pogled na morje, udobna in čista soba, gostoljublje vseh zaposlenih, spa storitve, vključno z časom delovanja od jutra do večera, izvrstna ponudba hrane pri zajtrku. Lokacija je odlično izhodišče za izlete: obiskala sva Trsat in peš obiskala Opatijo.
