Pool hygiene is terrible, pool is not cleaned at all my whole family got fungus infections. Stay away if you value your health. Renovated apartments badly constructed. Unfriendly reception personnel. Cars speeding through the resort, especially form replenishment suppliers.

Disappointed, due to the uncleanliness and also because we only got the key at 8pm, and we had 2 small children.

The reception staff could be a little more resourceful and flexible upon arrival, so that there would be no need to go to the reception so often due to any shortcomings in the apartment (electricity, water). We miss a slightly larger selection of fresh fruit and vegetables.

The refrigerator didn't work, the terrace wasn't cleaned, the surroundings were full of trash.

Dissatisfied with the noise from other guests which lasts from morning to evening... or until 2 am, too loud music... shouting from adult guests... children are not disturbing... I have never experienced this anywhere in the settlements... unacceptable drunkenness and disorder... poor rating

Unfortunately, there were ants in the room! But apparently only in our room, according to other guests. The apartments with balconies are unsuitable for more than two people to sit together because, although long, they are very narrow. Terraces are much better! The freshwater pool is actually too small for the complex. The room cleaning was very superficial. Perhaps this was sometimes due to our late sleepers (children). Some towels should have been thrown away. Unfortunately, it was obvious they had been used on the beach. But that's the guests' fault! The price-performance ratio is rather mediocre. However, it's difficult to judge with prices rising everywhere. According to other guests, the price has almost doubled since last year!

Unfriendly reception staff, Delay in arranging the apartment, we waited from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, which is unacceptable, I suggest that they shorten spring break by one day so that they can prepare everything necessary for the other guests arriving in the apartment in the intervening day!

The sea in the bay next to the apartments is quite dirty.

The only thing that bothered me was that there was very little crockery and cutlery.

- I find it incredible that Istrian tourism workers are getting up so late and starting to renovate campsites and tourist resorts. I find this completely unacceptable. They promise a lot in their advertisements, but then you arrive at the place and find renovated accommodation capacities but the exterior of the apartments completely dug up, so that you can't even walk normally either on the lawn or on the terrace of your apartment. You also bring all the dirt on your shoes into the apartment and then you have to clean it until the end of your vacation so that you can sleep in a roughly tidy apartment. Of course, the price doesn't reflect this. Istrian tourism workers and their management will have to slowly change their minds and start preparing for the season immediately after the end of the season, because the months of October and November are still quite suitable for external and internal construction work, and in December 2013 and January 2014, the relatively high external temperatures for the winter season also allowed them to carry out interventions in the accommodation facilities and their surroundings. And instead of acknowledging at least a 10 percent discount for the incomplete use of their capacities, they laugh at the mention of this at the reception... It is true that for the time being, money from tourism is flying in for the Istrians, but because of such anomalies, our northern neighbors are already seriously considering whether they could spend their holidays somewhere in Greece, Egypt or somewhere else. With such ignorant behavior towards their tourists, they are doing themselves a bad job!!

Nicely conceived, but superficially done finishing work. The balcony door is difficult to close, the faucet in the sink is too low, so you can't even put dishes under it, the ceramic work is poorly done, the painting too. Not enough dishes in the kitchen, no smaller dishes, e.g. for making coffee. Unfinished landscaping, lack of parking spaces. Definitely too high a price in the season!!!!
