House Lovrečina, is located in the beautiful bay Lovrećina on the island of Brač. It is located in the original Mediterranean environment, 400 m from the beautiful sandy bay.

Due to the fact that the house is located on one of the most popular beaches on the island of Brac, privacy is not guaranteed during the day.

If you want to visit secluded bays and beaches and have your own boat, a boat mooring is available, and caravan parking is also provided. The house is equipped with solar cells that provide electricity. The use of small household appliances, which are large consumers of energy, is prohibited.

The facility is connected to the water supply network, so water consumption is not limited. Hot water, in the amount of 50 l, heated by solar energy, can be used in the bathroom and in the outdoor shower. Access to the building itself is excellent, and a 50 m long macadam path leads to the house.
