| When we got to the caravan, we unpacked and went to the sea (because we were all impatient to get wet). At half past nine in the evening we started getting ready for bed, but we started to look at the caravan a little better. The drawer with the glasses was full of cobwebs, dead insects in the glasses. The beds were apparently made, but upon closer inspection we saw that the bedding was dirty with insect droppings. Since my wife and daughters are afraid of spiders, we had to kill/destroy at least 50!! spiders and their webs. The next day we complained to the caretaker, who then changed the bedding and vacuumed up what was left of the cobwebs and spiders. The claim that it was cleaned up in front of us is absolutely not true! And for that we had to pay €60 for cleaning upon check-out!? We have been on holiday with Gebetsroither many times, but we have never experienced anything like this. | |
