The water tank holds 27.000 l. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and lights.

Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. The water should be spent here sparingly. This water is originally tap water, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking. It is possible to rent through the winter, but water can only get heated on the stove, and a winter rental includes additional costs for heating materials.

There are three bedrooms in the house, all three with double beds. The kitchen has a gas refrigerator and a gas stove. Dishes and bed linen are prepared for you. Fresh bed linen arrives once a week.

The house, positioned between the bays Soline and Sveti Ante, on about 100m distance from the sea and pebble/stone beach, is accessible by car on a rough makeshift road over the hill. These roads are also passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. Ferry tickets are not included in the price.

We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, with your regular household recharger.

Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency in Biograd, because the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is impossible at night.

- There are three separate bedrooms (double beds) in this house.
- The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery, a fridge with freezer and a gas stove.
- It is necessary to use water and electricity sparingly in the building.
- Electricity 220 V (via transformer) on solar energy. Please do not bring electrical appliances that are not part of the original equipment of the house, as they may cause damage. The only exception is battery chargers for mobile phones / laptops.
- The house has cold running water supplied to the kitchen and bathroom with shower, from its own well.
- The outdoor shower is equipped with a black boiler - a smaller water tank in which the water is heated by the heat of the sun. This tank is filled from a well with a pump.
- Water from the well must be boiled before drinking. Therefore, most guests bring bottled drinking water.
- There is a barbecue outside the house.
