The accommodation is reachable down a 4 km long gravel road, the car is left at the parking lot situated 70m from the house. There is hot water in the house and in the outdoor shower, and it should be used sparingly due to the small tank. Electricity is obtained from solar cells and it is forbidden to use appliances that are heavy energy users.

There is a possibility of renting a boat but only after checking with the agency, and also the possibility of boat mooring but the boat needs to be launched into the sea in Stomorska.
