Unfortunately, I have to express my dissatisfaction with the hotel. We didn't like many things. First of all, the picture doesn't match the real situation at all. We had a room, sea side. They put us literally at the end of the hotel in the very corner, almost in the basement. When we complained about the accommodation, we were told that we weren't promised a room with a sea view (even though it was sea side). Also, the camera in the hotel was looking at the balcony, when my husband complained about it, the lady in question asked what kind of camera with a sneer. Then I told my husband that none of that mattered because we were on vacation. A group of them stood at the reception and gossiped. The food was mediocre, the bathroom had a very bad door. No animation for children, most of the conversations were in a foreign language. Okay, understandable, because of the tourists, but the evenings with songs only in foreign languages. A little incomprehensible to me, but obviously tastes are different. The employees are a little uninterested in the guests. Unfortunately, we also witnessed a sea bloom, which the hotel has no influence on, but we were really disappointed.
Honestly, for 1500 euros we really didn't expect something like this. Unfortunately, I don't understand the hotel's such good ratings. I'm really sorry, because we really expected something a little better for that money. This was a total disappointment for us and we're definitely not coming back.
